Recipes I blog will have the links posted here. Most will be suited for people with similar intolerances or allergies, however I will branch out in some to be more restrictive in some cases (completely egg, nut, seed, diary, gluten, soy free) and also provide alternate items in recipes for those who wish to be more careful, or more devilish!

    Hi Ali, just made this tonight and it was very tasty:) thanks for sharing! I have considered an elimination diet because of migraines!it has to be something I’m putting in to my body to get them every week for years! I try not to buy things with preservatives, MSG etc. will be looking out for more of your ‘body friendly’ recipes 🙂

      Hi Ang! Thanks so much for giving the recipe a go and for the lovely feedback! I’m so glad it worked out well for you! I remember you having issues with awful migraines – it would be great if you could find out if soemthing you are eating is causing it. My partner just read an article today about spelt flour (which is an excellent replacement for plain/all-purpose wheat-flour) and migraines. I will attempt to track that one down and send you the link. The naturopath I saw through Flannery’s was excellent – I did a food tolerance test and that has helped me a lot. It’s a hard thing cutting things out but it is worth it when you start to feel better again 🙂 I hope I post some more recipes and info that helps you or is a least an interesting read!!

    Thanks Ali, I’ve just googled spelt and found some info with regards to it helping with the reduction of migraines, interesting! Might have to change a few things in my diet..and might check out this naturopath at Flannerys. What’s that saying..’if you want to change some things in your life, then you have to change some things in your life’ Can’t keep doing the same thing and expect different results! Thanks for making me think about it a bit more! And ps…the curry was a hit with Kevin and my lads too!

      Yes it is something along those lines – and how true it is! You can’t expect things to change when you don’t do anything to warrant it I’m so glad you and your family enjoy the recipe! And I’m glad you have found some evidence as well to back up the theory that spelt may help with migraines – I may have to do some more research and do a post about it. Very interesting indeed! Yes the Naturopath is “Sheetal Khagram” and she does the “Food tolerance” testing as well as nutrition. They have naturopaths on site as well, but I had a great experience with this one.
